Sarah and Charlie asked me to photograph their wedding at Ingatestone Hall, near London on a Saturday in August which turned out to be one of the hottest days of the year!
Sarah and her bridesmaids and her parents got ready at Sarah and Charlie’s house in Ingatestone. I love the morning part of the wedding and Sarah was super chilled. There is always such a nice vibe during bridal prep with music playing, bubbles and giggles, its always a pleasure to capture. I think the reality hit her when Sarah got in her dress and a the nerves set in. Sarah wore a Temperley London dress and looked stunning!
Their ceremony was at St Mary’s church in Fryerning before a reception at Ingatestone Hall. When guests arrived at Ingatestone Hall they were treated to a champagne reception and live music on the lawn in the sunshine which was a lovely atmosphere! Once Sarah and Charlie had mingled with guests we took a walk around the grounds for a few photos. Later on, just before sunset we slipped away for a few minutes for more photos in the gorgeous golden light before they went back to the party. Later on a live band entertained a packed dance floor as everyone danced into the night!
